Terms & Conditions

Working together, clearly.

Last updated: January 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Final Touch Events website and to enquiries, quotations, bookings, and agreements made with us. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. Final Touch Events CO. L.L.C S.O.C is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our services

Final Touch Events provides event planning, design, coordination, production, and related services for birthdays, private parties, graduations, school events, cultural celebrations, and other approved occasions.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, services may include event concepts and themes, décor, balloons, backdrops, staging, furniture and equipment, sound and lighting, entertainment, activities, catering coordination, photography, printed materials, setup, dismantling, and on-site event coordination. Some services may be delivered by approved third-party suppliers.

All services are customised and subject to availability. The exact scope of work, event date and location, quantities, specifications, prices, payment schedule, and any exclusions will be stated in a written quotation, proposal, booking form, or service agreement.

An enquiry, discussion, preliminary concept, or verbal estimate does not constitute a confirmed booking. The event and requested services are confirmed only after the customer approves the applicable quotation or agreement in writing and pays the required deposit.

Only the items expressly included in the approved quotation or agreement form part of the booking. Any additional service or change requested by the customer may require written approval, revised pricing, and additional payment.

Quotations & pricing

Unless a different validity period is stated in the quotation, each quotation is valid for seven calendar days from its issue date.

A quotation does not reserve the event date, venue, equipment, performers, suppliers, or other services. Availability and pricing are confirmed only after the customer approves the quotation in writing and pays the required deposit.

Pricing is based on the information and requirements provided at the time the quotation is prepared. The price may be revised if the customer changes the event date, location, duration, guest count, quantities, design, theme, specifications, services, or any other requirement.

Prices may also be revised before booking confirmation if supplier costs, venue charges, government fees, taxes, transport costs, or availability change. Any revised scope or price will be communicated to the customer for written approval before the additional work or service is confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will apply to the approved scope of work. Any subsequent additions or changes may result in additional charges.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when all of the following have occurred:

  1. The customer has approved and signed the final quotation, booking form, or service agreement, either physically or electronically.
  2. Final Touch Events has received the required deposit in cleared funds.
  3. Final Touch Events has issued written confirmation that the booking and event date are confirmed.

A verbal agreement, WhatsApp discussion, preliminary concept, unpaid invoice, submitted enquiry, or unsigned quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Event dates, equipment, performers, venues, suppliers, and other services remain subject to availability until written booking confirmation is issued by Final Touch Events.

If the required deposit is not received within the quotation’s validity period, Final Touch Events may release the date and revise or withdraw the quotation.

Deposit & payments

Unless a different payment schedule is stated in the approved quotation or agreement, a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full when Final Touch Events delivers the equipment and event materials to the venue and before the event begins, setup is completed, or the services are made available to the customer.

Payments may be made by:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Credit or debit card through the company’s authorised point-of-sale terminal.
  • Cash against an official company receipt.
  • Any other payment method expressly approved by Final Touch Events in writing.

A payment is considered received only after the funds have cleared and are available to Final Touch Events. Bank charges, transfer fees, or payment-processing fees imposed on the customer’s transaction remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Custom-made items, printing, venue bookings, catering, performers, rentals, transport, or other third-party services may require earlier payment or a higher deposit. Any such requirement will be stated in the quotation.

Final Touch Events may suspend setup, delivery, or performance of the services if any payment is overdue. Changes or additions approved after booking must be paid according to the revised quotation or invoice and may be required in full before the event.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Final Touch Events in writing. A cancellation becomes effective only when it is acknowledged in writing by the company.

If the customer cancels a confirmed booking, Final Touch Events may retain from the amounts paid all actual, reasonable, and non-recoverable costs incurred or committed in connection with the event up to the date of cancellation. These costs may include:

  • Design, planning, and production work already completed.
  • Custom-made, personalised, printed, ordered, or partially produced items.
  • Venue, catering, performer, rental, transport, staffing, and supplier deposits or cancellation charges.
  • Materials purchased specifically for the event.
  • Government, permit, payment-processing, delivery, and other third-party charges.
  • Labour and other services already performed.

The retained amount will be calculated using the company’s records, supplier invoices, purchase orders, payment receipts, confirmed commitments, and the value of work already completed. Final Touch Events will provide the customer with a reasonable summary of the deducted costs upon request.

After deducting these costs, any remaining amount paid by the customer will be issued as a booking credit valid for 12 months from the original event date. The credit may be used for another event or transferred to another person with prior written approval from Final Touch Events.

If the actual and committed costs equal or exceed the amount already paid, no credit or refund will be due, and the customer may remain responsible for any outstanding amount relating to authorised non-cancellable commitments.

Cash refunds are not automatic and will only be provided where expressly stated in the approved quotation or agreed by Final Touch Events in writing. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable UAE law.

Rescheduling

A customer may request one change of event date without an additional Final Touch Events rescheduling fee, provided that the request is submitted in writing within the applicable minimum notice period:

  • Small events: at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
  • Medium-sized events: at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
  • School events and large events: at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled event date.

The event classification will be stated in the approved quotation or agreement. If no classification is stated, Final Touch Events will determine the applicable notice period based on the event value, guest count, production requirements, suppliers, and complexity.

The new date is subject to the availability of Final Touch Events, the venue, equipment, performers, suppliers, and other required services. The rescheduled event must take place within 12 months of the original event date.

The customer remains responsible for all actual and non-recoverable costs caused by the date change, including supplier charges, venue fees, replacement bookings, transport, storage, reprinting, remanufacturing, perishables, staff costs, and price differences. These costs apply even when the first rescheduling request itself is free.

Only one free rescheduling request is permitted. Any second or subsequent date change may be subject to a rescheduling fee and all related actual costs, as stated in a revised quotation.

Requests received after the applicable notice period will be considered individually and may be treated as a cancellation if the event cannot reasonably be rescheduled or if the required suppliers and services cannot be transferred.

Any remaining booking credit is valid for 12 months from the original event date. The credit may be transferred to another person or event with prior written approval from Final Touch Events. The original customer remains responsible for providing the transfer instructions and obtaining acceptance from the new recipient.

Emergency requests will be reviewed by management individually. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances, supporting information, availability, and costs already incurred.

Changes by the customer

Any request to change the approved event scope, guest count, venue, date, duration, design, quantities, specifications, or services must be submitted to Final Touch Events in writing.

Final Touch Events will review the requested change and confirm whether it is feasible, subject to available time, staff, equipment, materials, venue conditions, permits, performers, and suppliers.

A change is approved only after:

  1. Final Touch Events confirms the change in writing.
  2. The customer approves any revised quotation, invoice, design, schedule, or change order in writing.
  3. Any required additional payment is received in cleared funds.

Additional charges may include increased quantities, design and production work, materials, printing, labour, equipment, transport, venue requirements, supplier costs, permits, storage, urgent production, and other costs resulting from the change.

A reduction in the event scope, guest count, quantities, or services does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or price reduction. Final Touch Events may deduct costs already incurred, work already completed, and non-cancellable supplier commitments before calculating any adjustment.

Changes requested close to the event date may be declined, may require full advance payment, or may incur urgent-production and additional labour charges. Any change to the event date will also be subject to the rescheduling policy.

Final Touch Events is not required to perform any changed or additional service that has not been approved and paid for in accordance with the revised quotation or written change confirmation.

Third-party suppliers

Final Touch Events may appoint or coordinate independent third-party suppliers when required to deliver an event. These suppliers may include venues, caterers, performers, entertainers, transport providers, photographers, rental companies, technicians, and other specialised service providers.

Where a third-party service is included in the approved quotation, Final Touch Events will coordinate the supplier as part of the event plan and will use reasonable care in supplier selection, communication, scheduling, and supervision. The supplier remains responsible for performing its specialised service, maintaining the required licences and insurance, complying with applicable laws and safety requirements, and ensuring the quality and suitability of its products or services.

Third-party services may be subject to the supplier’s own terms, availability, cancellation rules, operating requirements, and restrictions. Relevant terms that materially affect the booking will be communicated to the customer where reasonably available.

If a supplier becomes unavailable or cannot provide the agreed service for reasons outside the reasonable control of Final Touch Events, the company may propose a reasonably comparable replacement. Any material difference in service or price will be discussed with the customer before confirmation.

Where the customer directly selects, books, instructs, or pays a supplier, that supplier is engaged by the customer. Final Touch Events is not responsible for that supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, quality, charges, or failure to perform, unless the company has expressly accepted responsibility in writing.

The customer must provide accurate information and timely approvals required by third-party suppliers. Any additional costs arising from customer changes, delays, special requests, venue restrictions, or supplier requirements will be charged to the customer after written approval.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any responsibility that Final Touch Events cannot lawfully exclude under applicable UAE law.

Venue & permits

Unless expressly included in the approved quotation or agreement, the customer is responsible for selecting and confirming the venue and obtaining the venue owner’s approval for the event and all planned activities, décor, entertainment, catering, equipment, sound, lighting, and installations.

The customer must provide Final Touch Events with accurate venue information and all applicable rules, including:

  • Setup and dismantling access times.
  • Loading, unloading, parking, and service-lift arrangements.
  • Power, water, internet, and technical requirements.
  • Noise, music, entertainment, photography, and operating-hour restrictions.
  • Fire, health, safety, security, capacity, and emergency requirements.
  • Restrictions on balloons, confetti, smoke, bubbles, candles, adhesives, hanging items, structures, catering, and waste disposal.
  • Required insurance, deposits, approvals, permits, or supplier documents.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for all venue, building-management, landlord, community, government, and event-specific approvals or permits.

Where Final Touch Events agrees to arrange a particular permit or approval, this responsibility and the related fees will be stated in the quotation. The customer must provide the documents and cooperation required to complete the application. Final Touch Events cannot guarantee that any authority or venue will grant approval.

The customer must ensure that Final Touch Events, its staff, vehicles, and suppliers receive safe and timely access to the venue. Delays, additional labour, transport, parking, storage, redesign, or replacement costs caused by access restrictions, undisclosed venue rules, or missing approvals will be charged to the customer.

Final Touch Events may modify, suspend, or refuse any installation or activity that is prohibited by the venue, unsafe, or not properly authorised. The company will not be responsible for resulting delays or reductions in service caused by restrictions or approvals that were not disclosed or obtained in time.

Damage & safety

The customer is responsible for the conduct of the customer’s guests, invitees, children, representatives, and any suppliers engaged directly by the customer during the event.

The customer must ensure that all attendees comply with applicable laws, venue rules, safety instructions, capacity limits, age restrictions, and reasonable directions given by Final Touch Events, the venue, security personnel, or authorised suppliers.

Children must remain under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult appointed by the customer. Final Touch Events does not provide childcare or assume responsibility for supervising children unless this service is expressly included in the approved agreement.

Guests must not climb on, move, alter, disconnect, misuse, or interfere with décor, staging, lighting, sound equipment, electrical installations, furniture, props, barriers, machines, or other event equipment. Equipment may only be operated by authorised personnel.

The customer must prevent guests from bringing or using prohibited, illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, sharp, or otherwise unsafe items. Confetti, fireworks, open flames, smoke devices, alcohol, drones, and similar items may only be used where permitted by law, approved by the venue, and confirmed by Final Touch Events in writing.

The customer will be responsible for the reasonable repair, cleaning, or replacement cost of loss or damage caused by the customer, guests, invitees, or customer-appointed suppliers, except for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by Final Touch Events or its appointed personnel.

Final Touch Events is responsible for taking reasonable care in the installation, operation, and removal of equipment under its control. The company may stop an activity, disconnect equipment, remove an unsafe item, or suspend part of the event where reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or equipment or to comply with venue or legal requirements.

Any resulting repair, replacement, additional labour, cleaning, delay, or supplier charge caused by guest conduct, prohibited items, or equipment misuse may be invoiced to the customer with reasonable supporting details.

Nothing in this clause excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Force majeure

Neither the customer nor Final Touch Events will be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control. These circumstances may include severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disasters, epidemics, public-health restrictions, government orders, venue closure, transport disruption, utility failure, civil disturbance, security incidents, labour disruption, or other emergencies.

The affected party must notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible. Final Touch Events will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and, where practical, may:

  • Modify the event schedule, location, layout, equipment, or services.
  • Move an outdoor activity indoors or suspend an unsafe activity.
  • Replace an unavailable service with a reasonably comparable alternative.
  • Postpone and reschedule the event to an available date.

Safety decisions made by Final Touch Events, the venue, suppliers, authorities, or emergency services must be followed. Final Touch Events may suspend setup or event activities where weather or other conditions create a reasonable risk to people, property, or equipment.

If the event cannot proceed, amounts already paid will first be applied to actual work completed and reasonable, non-recoverable costs already incurred or committed, including custom production, materials, venue charges, supplier deposits, transport, staffing, permits, and cancellation fees.

Any remaining amount will be issued as booking credit valid for 12 months from the original event date and may be transferred with prior written approval from Final Touch Events. Any refund or credit received from a third-party supplier will be passed on to the customer after deducting applicable charges and costs.

Additional costs required to deliver a postponed, relocated, or modified event, including price increases, replacement suppliers, transport, storage, labour, venue changes, or new permits, will be communicated to the customer and require written approval.

If performance remains impossible throughout the 12-month credit period, the parties will review the circumstances in good faith. Any unused amount, after deducting actual and non-recoverable costs, will be handled in accordance with the approved agreement and applicable UAE law.

Photography & media

Final Touch Events may photograph or record an event only for purposes authorised by the customer, such as event documentation, delivery of booked photography or video services, quality control, or approved marketing use.

Consent to photograph or record an event does not automatically permit Final Touch Events to publish or use the content for advertising. Marketing and portfolio use requires separate prior written consent from the customer.

The consent form should allow the customer to approve or decline each use separately, including:

  • Photography or video recording during the event.
  • Private delivery of the photographs or videos to the customer.
  • Publication on the Final Touch Events website or portfolio.
  • Publication on social-media platforms.
  • Use in advertisements, brochures, presentations, or other promotional materials.
  • Use of the customer’s, child’s, or event participant’s name.

For events involving children, identifiable photographs, videos, names, or personal details will not be published without prior written consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian. Where the booking is made by a school, nursery, club, or other organisation, that organisation must confirm in writing that it has obtained the required permissions from the relevant parents or legal guardians and must identify any child who must not be photographed.

The customer or organising entity is responsible for informing adult attendees that photography or recording may take place and for notifying Final Touch Events in advance of any attendee who must not be photographed.

A parent, guardian, customer, or authorised organisation may withdraw consent for future promotional use by contacting Final Touch Events in writing. The company will stop future use and remove the content from channels under its control where reasonably possible. Withdrawal will not affect uses made before the request was received or copies already shared, downloaded, printed, or controlled by third parties.

Final Touch Events may retain limited event photographs privately where reasonably necessary for contractual records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, but such material will not be used publicly without the required consent.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in the approved quotation or agreement, Final Touch Events retains ownership of all original event concepts, themes, designs, layouts, drawings, artwork, graphics, production files, templates, proposals, mood boards, and other creative materials developed by or for the company.

Draft concepts, rejected designs, editable source files, production methods, pricing structures, and internal documents remain the exclusive property of Final Touch Events and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, modified, or used by the customer or another supplier without prior written permission.

After full payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final approved materials for the booked event and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ownership of the intellectual property or editable source files is not transferred unless expressly stated in writing and any applicable transfer fee has been paid.

Final Touch Events may reuse its general skills, methods, production techniques, templates, and non-client-specific design elements. The company will not intentionally reproduce a customer’s complete personalised event design for another customer where exclusivity has been expressly agreed in writing.

Photographs and videos created by Final Touch Events or its appointed photographer remain owned by their creator unless the agreement states otherwise. After full payment, the customer may receive a licence for personal use and sharing. Commercial use, resale, editing for advertising, transfer to third parties, or publication by Final Touch Events will be governed by the applicable agreement and photography consent.

Logos, photographs, names, text, artwork, trademarks, and other materials supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer or their respective owner. The customer grants Final Touch Events a limited licence to use those materials only as necessary to design, produce, and deliver the booked event.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use all materials supplied to Final Touch Events and will be responsible for claims resulting from unauthorised or infringing materials provided by the customer.

Third-party fonts, stock images, music, characters, trademarks, software, and licensed materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners. Final Touch Events cannot transfer rights that it does not own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Final Touch Events’ responsibility is limited to the services included in the approved quotation or agreement.
  • The company is responsible for direct loss or damage caused by its proven failure to perform the agreed services with reasonable care.
  • The company is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, missed opportunities, or other consequences that are not a direct result of its actions.
  • The company is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or losses caused by the customer, guests, venues, government requirements, weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • The company is not responsible for suppliers selected, booked, or paid directly by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining required approvals, supervising children, following safety instructions, and preventing misuse or damage to equipment.
  • The customer is responsible for loss or damage caused by the customer, guests, or customer-appointed suppliers.
  • Final Touch Events’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected event, except where such a limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable UAE law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms, quotations, bookings, and agreements are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Dubai.

If a dispute arises, the customer and Final Touch Events will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions. The party raising the dispute should provide written details of the issue, and both parties should allow a reasonable period of up to 30 days to seek an amicable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the Emirate of Dubai, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rights that apply under UAE law.
