This policy explains what information we may collect through our website and communications, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
The website may collect the customer’s name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, event type, preferred event date, approximate guest count, event location, budget range, and any information voluntarily provided in an enquiry or message.
The website may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as the user’s IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, referral source, and cookie or analytics data.
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information, identification documents, payment-card details, or personal information about children through the website. Any photographs, names, or other information relating to children will only be collected when necessary and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
How we collect it
Personal information may be collected when customers contact us through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or the website contact form, if enabled.
Limited technical and usage data may also be collected automatically through website cookies, analytics tools, and advertising pixels, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, if these tools are enabled.
Information may also be collected during subsequent communications, quotations, bookings, and event-planning discussions.
How we use your information
Customer information may be used to:
- Respond to enquiries and communicate with customers.

- Confirm and manage bookings, contracts, payments, and event arrangements.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver the requested event services.
- Communicate important updates before, during, and after the event.
- Maintain business, financial, and customer-service records.
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience through analytics.
- Prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Customer information may be shared, only where necessary, with:
- Website hosting, domain, cloud-storage, and technical-support providers.
- Email, telephone, and business communication providers.
- WhatsApp and Meta services used for customer communication and advertising.
- Website analytics and advertising-platform providers, where enabled.
- Banks, payment processors, and point-of-sale providers used to process or verify payments.
- Event-related suppliers and service providers required to deliver the booking, such as venues, caterers, equipment-rental companies, decorators, entertainers, photographers, transport providers, and temporary event staff.
- Accountants, legal advisers, insurers, and other professional advisers.

Only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service will be shared. Service providers may only use the information for the agreed purpose and must protect it appropriately. Customer information will not be sold to third parties.
Marketing & consent
Customers may receive promotional messages, special offers, event ideas, or company updates only after providing their consent or where such communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Marketing consent will be requested separately and will not be required to submit an enquiry or book an event. Customers may withdraw their consent at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” through WhatsApp, contacting us by email, or requesting removal by telephone.
Opt-out requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, and the customer’s contact details will no longer be used for promotional communications. We may retain a limited suppression record to ensure that the customer is not added to future marketing lists again.
Booking confirmations, quotations, payment notices, event updates, and other service-related communications are not promotional messages and may still be sent when necessary to manage an enquiry or booking.
Cookies & analytics
The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for security, functionality, and user preferences.
With the visitor’s consent, the website may also use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage, and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, understand actions taken after viewing an advertisement, and create or improve advertising audiences.
Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will not be activated until the visitor provides consent, where consent is required. Visitors may accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies through the website’s cookie settings and may withdraw their consent at any time.
These third-party providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, visited pages, referral source, and interactions with the website in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- General enquiries that do not result in a quotation or booking: up to 12 months after the last communication.
- Quotations that do not result in a confirmed booking: up to 24 months after the quotation expires or the last communication.
- Confirmed bookings, contracts, invoices, payment records, and event-related correspondence: up to 7 years after completion or cancellation of the event, where required for accounting, tax, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
- Marketing contact details and consent records: until the customer withdraws consent, opts out, or has been inactive for 24 months, whichever occurs first. A limited suppression record may be retained to honour future opt-out requests.
- Website analytics and cookie data: according to the retention period configured within the relevant analytics or advertising platform, normally for no longer than 14 months unless a shorter period is selected.
Information may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable law, a court order, an ongoing complaint, or a legal claim. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights & requests
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing us at finaltouchevents2026@gmail.com.
To protect customer information, we may request reasonable proof of identity before processing a request. We will review and respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
Children’s information
The website and Final Touch Events do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Enquiries, bookings, and consent must be submitted by an adult customer, parent, legal guardian, school, or other authorised representative.
Where necessary to plan and deliver a children’s event, we may collect limited information such as the child’s first name, age range, birthday date, event preferences, theme, and accessibility or dietary requirements. We will only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the event.
Photographs, videos, or a child’s identifiable details will not be published on the website, social-media accounts, advertising materials, or portfolio without prior written consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian, or confirmation from an authorised school or organisation that the required permissions have been obtained.
Consent for event delivery and consent for photography, publication, or marketing will be requested separately. A parent or legal guardian may withdraw publication consent by contacting us. We will stop future use and remove the content from channels under our control where reasonably possible, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
If we become aware that a child’s personal information was submitted without appropriate adult authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
